    Swifty! When you do the ‘Bicep Curls’, dont swing.
    Rather, curl slowly? up and slowly down. Benefit of that is its more resistant training and it creates better form and focus.

    Also, when you curl, make sure your elboms stay 90* to the floor, dont let them move forward as its reduces the stress on the bicep muscle when you fully curl. Another thing I’ve learnt, is when you for instant curl with your left arm, twist your hand @ the top of the curl so your palm faces away from you sort of . Like
