Nokia today officially announced the new Nokia 810. Nokia 810 is not a mobile phone, it is build upon its predecessors – Nokia 800. This also clearly explained why recently Amazon and Buy.com have drastically drop the price of N800 from 399 to 279 or even 239! It is almost a 50% discount.

What can we expect from this new internet tablet? The most obvious is the QWERTY keyboard. This is one of the features all N800 users have been waiting for, since on screen keyboard typing isn’t that convinient. However, Nokia has still manage to reserve the touch screen. The OS is Internet Tablet OS 2008. It is running on Maemo Hildon Linux and there is a great community is maintainning the software and the system.

The retail price for this device is going to be USD 479. For people who rely on internet and could not live without internet should get this on this coming November.

How the new design looks? In my own opinion, it does not look much different from the current one, and not nicer either. Delicious better make it nice to satisfy their own 3 million users, I have seen much better social bookmark web sites out there.
